I am an out-of-network provider and my fees are based on a 50-minute session.  Clients keep a credit card on file and it is automatically charged once sessions are completed. 

Cancellation fees apply for sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice.

My billing is done through Simple Practice, which is a secure, online client portal.  At the end of each month, Simple Practice generates a superbill which contains the coding necessary to submit claims to insurance companies for reimbursement. Depending on their insurance plans, clients are normally reimbursed a percentage of the service fees.
